1. Introduction

Welcome to After Polish Car Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our mobile detailing services, you (“the customer” or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both parties and ensure clear expectations.

We are a mobile auto detailing company based in Spring, Texas, offering Basic, Premium, and VIP detail packages.

2. Service Overview

Our detailing services are cosmetic in nature and intended to improve the appearance and cleanliness of your vehicle. They do not repair mechanical or structural issues.

All work is performed at your designated location, provided it is safe, accessible, and complies with local laws and property rules.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure the vehicle is unlocked and accessible at the scheduled time.

  • The customer must remove personal items, valuables, and trash before service.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing items left inside the vehicle.

  • The customer must inform us of pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, sensitive surfaces, or special materials.

Failure to disclose such information releases After Polish Car Detailing from any liability for resulting damage.

4. Liability and Damage Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to deliver safe, quality results, After Polish Car Detailing is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage such as scratches, rust, dents, peeling clear coat, or oxidized paint.

  • Damage resulting from weakened materials, poor prior repairs, or age-related wear.

  • Electrical, sensor, or mechanical issues that may arise during service (e.g., malfunctioning power seats, alarms, or windows).

  • Paint or trim damage that occurs during the removal of tar, sap, stickers, or other bonded contaminants.

  • Stains or odors that cannot be completely removed due to material absorption or age.

Liability is strictly limited to the cost of the detailing service performed. We are not liable for the cost of vehicle repair, replacement, or loss of use.

5. Weather and Rescheduling

As a mobile service, we depend on suitable weather and working conditions.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to rain, storms, unsafe environments, or lack of space/power/water access (if needed).

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are estimates and may vary based on the vehicle’s condition, size, or location.

  • Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or special cleaning needs.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit card, or approved digital payment methods.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a non-refundable deposit or cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Refunds are not issued once a service has been completed, except in cases of proven negligence.

8. Photos and Media

After Polish Car Detailing may take before and after photos of your vehicle for documentation and marketing purposes.
We will not display identifiable license plates or personal information. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in advance.

9. Satisfaction Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern, but no refunds will be issued for aesthetic preferences or subjective dissatisfaction.

10. No Warranty Clause

Detailing services do not provide any warranty or guarantee against future damage, wear, or environmental effects.
Protective products (e.g., waxes, sealants, coatings) are subject to conditions beyond our control such as washing habits, weather, and storage.

11. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless After Polish Car Detailing, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of services performed, including damages caused by undisclosed conditions of the vehicle.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Harris County, Texas.

13. Acknowledgment

By booking or accepting service from After Polish Car Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
